Back up and Restore Jeff Bogue Profile

When upgrading Jeff's Assistant's computers, be sure to back up their software profiles so that they can be brought over to their new computer. There is one for Jeff, and one for the admin assistant. 

Working with user profiles (nuance.com)

These profiles are located under: C:\ProgramData\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking15\Users directory. Put the profile from this location to the same location on the other computer once you reinstall the program. A backup ISO of Dragon NaturallySpeaking is in our SharePoint storage.
